Patron
1. In short
Patron is a management bot for roleplay businesses (GTA RP, FiveM). It gives structure to everything a business does day to day — headcount, jobs, payroll, accounting, time off, tickets — in Discord and from a web panel. Its companion bot Secure handles moderation and anti-raid protection.
The core of the bot is free, with no time limit. Two optional subscriptions, attached to your Discord account, unlock convenience features: Premium (up to 3 servers) and Unlimited (unlimited servers).
2. Running the business
Headcount & ranks Free
Hiring, promotions and dismissals with Discord roles kept in sync. Every member gets an automatic profile (rank, status, warnings, counters, pay, hours). The org chart is published and refreshes itself. When a contract ends, the member automatically gets their “citizen” role back.
Jobs & payroll Free
Members log their jobs with proof (a screenshot checked for fraud). Management approves, the price goes into the accounts, the member earns their share, and pay goes out in one click. Rates can be changed per server.
Accounting Free
The company till: deposits, withdrawals, a real-time balance, statistics and a live published board. Job income and wage payments are recorded in it automatically.
Time off Free
Requested through a form, approved, status and nickname updated, a live list of who is away, and a one-click return — in Discord and in the panel.
Discipline Free
Escalating warnings with automatic roles and the full history on the member's profile.
Chronos time clock Premium
A “duty” voice category: the time each member spends in it is counted automatically, with every clock-in and clock-out logged and visible on the profile and in the panel.
3. Server tools
Tickets Free
Multi-category button panels, forms, claiming by staff, an HTML transcript sent by DM on close, and a satisfaction rating. 2 panels on the free plan, unlimited on Premium.
Status & hiring Free
Open or close the business and hiring in one click: channels renamed, panels updated, role notified.
Arrivals and departures Free
A customisable welcome message with a live preview in the panel.
Logs Free
Every event type can go to its own channel. 5 log channels on the free plan, unlimited routing on Premium.
DEFCON Free
For law-enforcement trades: alert levels (5 down to 1), with the rules and poster published automatically on every change. Custom posters are a Premium feature.
Temporary voice channels Premium
A join-to-create hub: every member gets their own voice channel with a control panel (name, user limit, lock, visibility, kick, transfer).
Scheduled messages & announcements Premium
Schedule recurring messages (meeting reminders, events) posted automatically.
Protected roles Premium
Gate a sensitive role behind two-factor authentication on the member's Patron account — without it, the role is removed automatically.
Embed editor & logo/banner Premium
Compose and publish your embeds (rules, information, announcements, hiring) from the panel, and show your own logo and banner on every embed the bot sends.
4. Web panel
At app.patron-bot.fr, sign in with your Discord account: manage every server where you are staff from a browser — members, jobs and payroll, time off, accounting, tickets, the time clock, logs, settings and subscriptions. The multi-server picker brings all your businesses together.
5. Available trades
When the bot is added, an express setup automatically creates the roles, channels and panels that suit the trade you pick: garage, dealership, real estate agency, restaurant, taxi/ride-hailing, security firm, EMS / medical services, police / LSPD, bar/nightclub, media/press (Weazel News), or a custom mode. Wording, ranks and tickets adjust to the trade.
7. Unlimited plan
Premium on an unlimited number of servers. Everything in Premium, plus:
