Frequently asked questions
Is Patron free?
Yes — the core of the bot is free forever: staff, hiring, payroll, cash register, time off, moderation, tickets, logs and the web panel, no card required. The Premium and Unlimited plans are tied to your account and add convenience plus activation on several servers (unlimited tickets and log routes, custom embeds, advanced reports); the details are in the Pricing.
Can I use it on several servers?
Yes. The panel is multi-server: sign in with your Discord account, pick the server you want to manage, and every business keeps its own settings, its own till and its own data.
What happens to my data?
Your server data (staff, jobs, settings) is stored on a private server and is never sold or shared. It is all set out in our
privacy policy, and you can ask for deletion at any time.
Does setup really take 2 minutes?
It does. When Patron joins your server it runs an express setup: you pick the business type, and it proposes the matching ranks, log channels and wording. You can fine-tune everything from the panel afterwards, at your own pace.
Which business types are supported?
Auto garage, real estate agency, car dealership, restaurant, taxi company, security firm, clinic, bar and nightclub. And if your concept is not on the list, custom mode lets you define your own wording and your own jobs.
